What others say about Mish…
-
Pam Borrow, Principal C3 College
Michelle Koh has been a lecturer and a Dean at C3 College in different locations. Her passion to see people grow in the areas of their formation in Christ is contagious. Her ability to communicate the significant message of our work in partnership with God has impacted the lives of many students over the years. Michelle thinks deeply, communicates passionately and lives out what she teaches.

Mish is an innovative and creative thinker and communicator. She is passionate and knowledgeable about whole of life discipleship, particularly the intersection between faith, work and rest. I have invited Mish to speak on these topics in a church setting and she was very well received. She made excellent connections with people and her approach was mutli-generational which helped everyone feel included.
I have also had the pleasure of delivering some of Mish’s coursework which she authored on the topic work and rest. I was impressed by the clarity of the course content and the students interacted very positively with it.
Mish has an entrepreneurial gift which she stewards with grace and joy. I have observed her ideate and execute new ideas, especially in the area of journaling to help people flourish in their everyday faith journey.
I would highly recommend Mish to you as a speaker, instructor and mentor.

Brent Williams, retired Pastor
Mish has spent years delving into the unique and sometimes confusing relationship between faith and work. Her objective has remained the same, to help Christians grow in their chosen vocation and understand how that context is God’s fertile ground for a fruitful life.
As a mentor, writer and communicator, Mish doesn’t claim “guru” status. Far from it. Mish is a learner and developer of others. Her disarming honesty and openness makes space for people to also learn and experiment with tools that can invite God’s ever-presence into life’s routines and rhythms. People change for the good because little improvements are applied consistently over time. Mish can help facilitate that change.

I participated in a Bible college course led by Mish Koh, titled Rest and Work, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The course provided a meaningful opportunity to reflect on God’s vision for how Christians are called to prioritise both rest and time spent with Him.
Mish was well-prepared for every session. Her teaching aids and visual slides were of high quality, designed to support learning and reflection. She brought a wealth of knowledge on the topic, grounding every lesson in Scripture. Her sessions were not only informative but also devotional, always drawing us back to the heart of God’s Word.
I really appreciated Mish’s personable and relational approach. She made a genuine effort to connect with everyone in the group, creating a safe, collaborative and welcoming environment. Her facilitation style encouraged open dialogue and self-discovery—through open-ended tasks and reflective activities, she encouraged us to explore how biblical principles of rest and work applied to our own lives.
Every session was practical, Spirit-led, and deeply grounded in the Bible. I left the course with not just a better understanding of God’s design for rest and work, but also with tools to live it out more intentionally.
Rest and Work is a course that is relevant to, and accessible for people in all stages of their faith. From pastors, to those beginning to explore discipleship in a deeper way, the course offers rich insights and practical guidance. Whether you're in full-time ministry, navigating the pressures of the workplace, or seeking a more balanced life that is embedded in Scripture, Rest and Work meets you where you are. I found it both personally refreshing and theologically grounding, and I believe it has something important to say to every believer.

Aletheia Christodoulou, Teacher
As a young adult exploring the working world and figuring out how to do this thing called “adulting”, Mish’s mentorship has been foundational in guiding me to a deeper understanding of God’s desire for wholeness and his design for redemptive work and rest.
When we worked together, she taught me the value of incorporating fun, reflection and rest in our working days, and most importantly, showed me how to invite God into the every day moments of lives. It has truly changed the way I view my daily walk with the Lord and I was so thankful to have the journal pages to document and serve as proof to me that God was working in the process. Every day might not feel like much, but there are so many connections and details that we could miss if we don’t know what to look for!
Being an early adopter of the journals, I have found it to be one of the most impactful, self-led practices to renew my mind, move me out of my anxiety, and become more aware of God’s presence in my life. I can’t wait to actually give the journal to my family and friends when it gets printed! -

I highly recommend the ‘being formed’ workshop to any church seeking to encourage people to discover a deeper, more personal relationship with Jesus. Whether you have just started your faith journey or have been walking with Jesus for years, this workshop provides a welcoming space, as well as practical tools to encounter God in fresh ways. The ‘being formed’ journal is simple and tangible and can be easily applied to life helping us to slow down, reconnect and truly engage with God’s presence.
It gave me great joy to see an almost instant change in people’s engagement with God on a Sunday for many of those who attended the workshop. Others vocalised how the workshop and Sunday message had an impact for them in their day-to-day. They were able to action it. Some of them were new to faith, while others have been following Jesus for years.
Mish was a real blessing to our community. From the first conversation I had with Mish prior to her coming, she sought to understand the context and dynamics of our church. I believe this had a significant effect on how the workshop and Sunday message were received. There was a real sense of God’s presence in everything she presented. Mish went out of her way to meaningfully and personally engage with people and spoke life into their situations. We are so grateful for her taking the time to share with us, as her personal learnings have added value to our church family.
